RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC è lieta di invitare tutti gli iscritti all’ asta elettronica F senza riserva, grazie allo spazio concesso da EMAX. Al di là delle varie voci del regolamento (che vi invitiamo a leggere attentamente), speriamo che possiate divertirvi partecipando alla nostra Asta, magari trovando e vincendo una delle offerte! Offriamo come sempre (e con intensa passione) la totale serietà e professionalità. Ci aspettiamo solo rispetto in cambio.
CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA
1. Tutti i lotti offerti in questa asta elettronica sono di proprietà di terzi dai quali abbiamo ricevuto regolare mandato di vendita. Garantiamo tutto il materiale offerto in vendita, garantendone sia l'autenticità che la lecita provenienza.
2. Gli acquirenti devono aggiungere il 15% come diritto d'asta (IVA inclusa) al prezzo d'asta.
3. Ogni offerta ha un prezzo base deciso da RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC. Non saranno accettate offerte inferiori al prezzo base. Tutti gli articoli in vendita verranno attribuiti ai migliori offerenti.
4. RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC si riserva il diritto di ritirare i lotti in vendita per qualsiasi motivo ritenga necessario.
5. Le offerte via e-mail o telefono sono accettate da coloro che non possono partecipare all'asta. Tutte le offerte devono essere espresse in EURO. Chiamate ed e-mail devono pervenire prima della data di chiusura dell'asta o non verranno prese in considerazione..
6. Tutte le immagini e le descrizioni incluse in questa asta descrivono accuratamente l'oggetto offerto.
7. Non è possibile per l'aggiudicatario di un lotto rinunciare all'acquisto, salvo casi eccezionali e giustificabili.
8. Ogni acquirente è responsabile degli acquisti effettuati a suo nome. La Fattura dovrà essere pagata entro e non oltre 7 giorni, dall'aggiudicazione e/o comunicazione da parte di RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC, con fattura accompagnatoria. In ogni caso, trascorsi 15 giorni dall'aggiudicazione, la Società si riserva il diritto di addebitare le tariffe bancarie di utilizzo per eventuali ritardi.
9. Spese di spedizione, assicurazione e tasse sono a carico dell'acquirente. I lotti viaggiano a spese e rischio dell'acquirente. Qualsiasi rischio (come danneggiamento o furto) durante il trasporto non può essere imputato a RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC, quindi sono sempre a carico dell'acquirente. RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per danni derivanti dalla mancata consegna dei lotti.
10. Il grado di conservazione e la qualità dei lotti è il nostro giudizio soggettivo. In nessun caso è garantito che il grado di conservazione espresso debba essere condiviso da soggetti terzi, siano essi anche autorevoli esperti del settore. Qualsiasi reclamo in merito dovrà pervenire entro e non oltre 7 giorni dal ricevimento del lotto; farà fede il timbro postale sulla ricevuta. I lotti devono essere restituiti nello stesso stato in cui sono stati spediti e le eventuali buste sigillate non devono essere aperte. Nessun lotto deve essere restituito senza consenso. In nessun caso i lotti possono essere restituiti oltre 30 giorni dalla chiusura dell'asta.
11. Qualsiasi controversia relativa all'asta è regolata dal diritto internazionale e su tale controversia sarà competente il Tribunale di Sezana.
12. La partecipazione all'asta implica la totale accettazione del presente regolamento.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. All lots offered in this electronic auction are owned by third parties from whom we have received a regular sales mandate. We guarantee all the material offered for sale, guaranteeing both its authenticity and its lawful origin.
2. Buyers must add 15% auction fee (including VAT) to the auction price.
3. Each offer has a base price decided by RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC. Offers below the base price will not be accepted. All items for sale will be awarded to the highest bidders.
4. RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC reserves the right to withdraw lots for sale for any reason it deems necessary.
5. Bids by e-mail or telephone are accepted by those who cannot participate in the auction. All bids must be expressed in EURO. Calls and emails must be received prior to the auction closing date or they will not be considered.
6. All images and descriptions included in this auction accurately describe the item being offered.
7. It is not possible for the winner of a lot to renounce the purchase, except in exceptional and justifiable cases.
8. Each buyer is responsible for purchases made in your name. The invoice must be paid no later than 7 days, from the award and / or communication by RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC, with the accompanying invoice. In any case, after 15 days from the award, the Company reserves the right to charge the bank usage rates for any delays.
9. Shipping, insurance and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Lots travel at the expense and risk of the buyer. Any risk (such as damage or theft) during transport cannot be attributed to RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC, so they are always borne by the buyer. RICCARDO PAOLUCCI LLC cannot be held liable for damages deriving from the non-delivery of the lots.
10. The degree of conservation and the quality of the lots is our subjective opinion. In no case is it guaranteed that the degree of conservation expressed must be shared by third parties, even if they are authoritative experts in the sector. Any complaint in this regard must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of the lot; the postmark on the receipt will be valid. Lots must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and any sealed envelopes must not be opened. No batch must be returned without consent. Under no circumstances may lots be returned more than 30 days after the auction has closed.
11. Any dispute relating to the auction is governed by international law and the Court of Sezana will have jurisdiction over this dispute.
12. Participation in the auction implies full acceptance of these regulations.
